Duck's Coaching Staff Heads East For 2 Recruits

This nice little recruiting tidbit was passed along to us on the Duck's coaching staff heading out to South Carolina for a recruiting trip for two highly ranked recruits in WR Alshon Jeffrey (6-3 217) and ATH Davis Sims (6-0 208) of Calhoun County.

"Seldom does a recruiter from Oregon venture into South Carolina seeking football talent (RB Maurice Morris of Chester was signed out of junior college), but the Ducks plan to make a run at the duo of WR Alshon Jeffrey (6-3 217) and ATH Davis Sims (6-0 208) of Calhoun County. Oregon has offered both players and the Ducks recruiter is scheduled to visit the school next week. Jeffrey now has a dozen offers including USC and Clemson. Sims has ten offers including USC."
